Terms of Service

General

This terms of service is a contract agreement between, I the artist, and you the commissioner, in order to protect both parties from any miscommunication.I have the right to refuse any requests that I have no interest in or feel uncomfortable with.I will do: Characters,creatures, furry, and NSFWI will not do: Gore, Non-con, and loli/shota.If your intent is requesting NSFW please reach out to me first to discuss what you have in mind.If you also feel unsure if your request is alright, reach out to me and we can discuss it.

Payments & Refunds

All payments must be paid upfront for any given commission.Payments can go through Ko-Fi, Paypal Invoice, or Stripe Invoice.There are no refunds once a sketch gets finalized.On rare occasions if it would appear that I can not continue the project you will receive a partial refund.

Revisions

Revisions are free during the sketching phase, once the sketch is finalized no more pose revisions. Only minor adjustments such as hair correction, limb adjustments.You can revise one more time at the time of completion but only for minor things such as color swaps or removing accessories.

Twitter: @Gooey_OsoIllustrations could take from 1 - 2 weeks to complete at the minimum this can potentially change depending on the request. Emotes within 3 days to a week depending on how many.Throughout the lifespan of the project. I will be updating the Commissioner when I have made major progress with water-marked images of the project in question.

Usage Rights

I, the artist, will have the right to use the final product of the request for the sake of my portfolio.You, the commissioner, may not:
- Claim that you made the product.
- Use for AI training or NFTs.

Upon violation of the artist's Terms of Service. The Artist can stop and scrap the whole project.*The commissioner can also potentially be blacklisted from ever requesting future commissions from the artist "Gooey Oso"
